Lewis was excellent throughout the entire purchase process, from test drive to handover. I was kept informed throughout; he was always available when I needed assistance, and his approach was friendly yet professional.

Really enjoyed the handover and the way in which the car was presented. Nice that it was covered over then revealed. Also appreciated being picked up from the station, the flowers and meal offer was a nice touch making the experience more personal.

The people at Cambridge BMW are great. I popped in at 5pm to ask for a service and they sorted it out for 9am the next day. I worked from the dealership and they kept me informed throughout the day.

Failure to advise work couldn't be done before we arrived. Indeed only realised the work had not been done when the car was handed back. No apology until we complained. We wasted 4 hours of our day and travelled a combined 64 miles!

The service department was informative and sent out a video on he vehicle and also followed it up with a courstey phone call to make sure you were kept informed about your vehicle throught allthe stages .

On the 18/10/23 a cut in the back left tire was identified, deemed safe at the time but a failure for the next MOT. On the 16/02/24 a nail was found on the back right tire and I had to have it changed. the technician did not note the cut in

Car was scratched while being serviced. Had problems with the car auto/start stop since having it back. We raised the scratch upon pick up and we're promised a call in order to resolve, call 3 times, no one available, promised call back heard nothing

Repairs carried out satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Only criticism is the attempt by the dealership to charge a 'diagnostic fee' to find the source of the issue even though I had fully identified the fractured coolant line to them in advance.

I am extremely happy with the actual work performed. I am less happy with the admin side since they failed to email me an alignment printout, as promised, and they have done nothing about breaking my BMW key cover.

A bit confusing over which day for the service was actually booked (and it was NOT the day that both the email and SMS reminders said it was), the servicing supervisor was able to fit me in for the service when I turned up on the wrong day.

For the recall and the service I was please that a discount had been given and the work linked to a recall. BUT, £336 to change a battery for the SOS is simply scandalous. I have to prepare for this again in 3/4 years time. Why designed this way!

I had taken my car in due to condensation in the headlamp on a Friday and was advised that it needed replacing. I was given a courtesy car in the meantime. To my surprise the replacement was done very promptly as my car was ready by Tuesday.

While new parts were fitted in my car, i have no video or pictorial evidence of any new parts being put in, or old parts being removed. You can consider a video showcase of work done for client. Stuff unavailable to help me locate car on collection.

The service was completed as agreed. However, I'd had to complain in order to get a loan car and I mentioned that there was a key fob problem and rather than being addressed I was instead 'alerted' to the issue I'd raised myself in the first place!

Visit took 2x as long as it should have. Nobody noticed the replacement pads had not been fitted. Keys handed back to me before works I had paid for had been carried out.

My car (M135i) is one of the early ones that does not get remote software updates and needs a patch from the dealer to allow updates to come through. I asked for this to be fixed but it wasn't, so I'm still running really old software

everything was excellent apart from the wait time to book in, I called one month before my service was due and I had to wait TWO MONTHS before my car could go in and because of this it is marked in my digital service as late which isn't fair.

Well the car was there for an EGR cooler recall replacement so a freebie! Car was valeted well and I had the chance to have a good chat with the very helpful service advisor Elliot so all good. Difficulty parking is the only gripe at the site.

I had this issue and need to have the car rechecked, I have to wait for almost 2 weeks, and was told that I might need to pay if the dealer don't think the problem is caused by the service. I don't know if I could trust their judgement.
